MINUTES
October 3, 1984
The meeting was called to order at 3:45 p.m. by Chairman Dalgleish for the
purpose of hearing BE 84-75-R, Brian Baumberger. Vice-Chairman David Douglas
was absent. Mr. Mark McCready represented the Assessor's Office.
BE 84-75-R, BRIAN BAUMBERGER, 977700073. Mr. and Mrs. Baumberger appeared
before the Board, and Mr. Baumberger was duly sworn. He stated that he feels
his house should not be classified as good grade construction, it should be
classified as fair,and gave several reasons and comparables supporting his
contention. Mr. McCready responded that there are places in the County that
have been misgraded, and he agreed that this house should be a fair grade house.
He worked the house and other improvements and stated a value of the $62,500.
to $64,500. would be fair in his opinion. The Board will take this under ad-
visement and make a site inspection tomorrow morning at approximately 9:30 a.m.
Having no further business, the Board adjourned at 4:45 p.m.
