The meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m. by Chairman Dalgleish. Vice-Chair-
man David Douglas was absent.
The Board met with Bob Shold and Mark McCready from the Assessor's Office and
discussed Mr. Baumbergers' complaint that he did not receive notice of his hearing
date. Because the notice was sent to his lawyers office, and it was Labor Day
Weekend, the notice was not received until the day of the hearing. The Board
agreed to re-hear the case October 3, 1984 at 4:00 p.m. Site inspection was
scheduled for 10:00 a.m., October 4, 1984. Notices were sent to Mr. Baumbegers'
home address, and'also copies were given to his neighbor Mr. Bob Shold to hand
del iver.
Minutes for August 23, September 7, and September 14, 1984 were read and approved.
Corrections were made to Order of the Board Forms for BE 84-68-LO Eugene J. &
Elaine M. Braun, and BE 84-64-LO-C, Arthur B. & Dorothy West.
Having no further business, the meeting adjourned at I2:0D noon.
