The Board deliberated and made decisions on the following: BE 84-48-LO, C.W. GUNSTONE JR. 002351002. Site inspection 8-24-84. Subsequent to site inspection, it was agreed to sustain the vaiuation of $191,250. BE 84-49-LO, C.W. GUNSTONE JR. 002354003. Site inspection 8-24-84. It was moved, seconded, and agreed to reduce the valuation tb the Assessor's recommendation of $166,320. BE 84-50-R, C.W. GUNSTONE JR. Withdrawn by Mr. Gunstone. BE 84-52-LO, LINDA J. & WALTER SIMKUS, 821334015. Site inspection 8-31-84. The Board determined that this property was not equalized with neighboring properties. It was agreed to reduce from $36,000. to $20,000. to equalize. BE 84-51-C, PORT TOWNSEND PAPER COMPANY, 001152006. The Board agreed to sustain the Assessor's valuation of $23,058,920. The confidential decision findings are not part of the public record. A closed door nearing was requested by the appelant. BE 84-53-LO, COLLEEN M. LOPRINZI, 901364007. Site inspection 8-30-84. Because of extremely wet conditions, the Board agreed $1,000. per acre to be a fair value for this property. It was agreed to reduce the valuation to $I2,860. BE 84-55-R, TODD MILLER & VIVIANN KUEHL, 701184011. Site inspection 8-31-84. Inspection determined that house had been completely removed, it was agreed to lower the valuation to $20,500. BE 84-56-LO, WESTERN OYSTER COMPANY, 601282001. Site inspection 8-31-84. Because of steep slopes, it was agreed to reduce the valuation from $178,200. to $100,000. BE 84-57-LO, QUILCENE GRANGE #1I09, 991201102. Site inspection 8-28-84. Site in- spection determined that the majority of this property is on the flood plain, it was agreed to lower the valuation from $11,500. to $5,000. BE 84-58-LO, JACK E. BROWN/POPE & TALBOT, 701311005. Site inspection 8-31-84. It was determined that this could possibly be 4 or 5 homesites. The Board agreed to reduce the valuation to $250,000 because of excess frontage. BE 84-60-LO, MICHAEL M. MCCONNELL, 932101001. Site inspection 8-28-84. It was determined that sales show the average price for these lots to be $2,500. per lot. It was agreed to sustain the valuation of $10,000. for these lots. BE 84-61-LO, MICHAEL M. MCCONNELL, 932101003. Site inspectioo 8-28-84. These lots are in the same platt as the above. Using $2,500. per lot, it was agreed to reduce the valuation of these lots from $20,800. to $15,000. BE 84-62-LO, ROBERT A. MATTSON, 502163001. Site inspection 8-28-84. Because of doubtful access and questionable buildability, it was agreed to lower the valuation from $14,500. to $4,000. Site inspection 8-28-84. Site inspection determined that the value of this trailer should be lowered from $9,160 to $4,000. BE 84-54-LO, ROSCOE H. THOMAS, 802252003. Site inspection 8-31-84. The Board felt it questionable how much land is in the lake and felt this to be a fair priced homesite lot, it was agreed to sustain the valuation of $52,930. BE 84-68-LO, EUGENE J. & ELAINE M. BRAUN, 990600393. Site inspection 9-5-84. Site seemed comparable to other similarly priced lots, and appelant has lot listed 'for $25,000. It was agreed to sustain the valuation of $22,500. BE 84-69-LO, PAUL WELDON, 99070083-84-80. Site inspection 9-5-85. These,~ots seemed equal in value to comparables, it was agreed to sustain the valuation of $18,000. per lot. BE 84-70-R, DARWIN F.COOK & SHARON A. COOK, 990600148. Site inspection 9-5-84. Inspection determined that this house in very good condition and quality and seemed consistent in value to comparables. It was agreed to sustain the valuation of $257,870. BE 84-71-LO, BOB L. REED, 990400464. Site inspection 9-5-84. This site was equitable with the comparables, to it was agreed to sustain the valuation of $11,000. BE 84-72-LO, MICHAEL M. SCHIACH, 990600360. Site inspection 9-7-84. This lot was reduced by the Board in 1983. According to Pope & Talbot, the Schiachs' chose to put a drainage ditch in this their adjoining lot in lieu of putting a ~ulvert in their driveway. It was agreed to sustain the valuation of $12,500. BE 84-73-R, BARRY L. GRAHAM, 93I500102. Site inspection 9-7-84. The Board felt this home and cabin well worth the valuation and agreed to sustain the value of $123,640.
