DeLeo Chairman Vice-Chairman Member Alternate MINUTES September 7, 1984 The meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m. by Chairman Dalgleish with all members present. The Board deliberated and made decisions on the following: BE 84-23-R, RICHARD R. BARTMAN, 901243013. Site inspection 8-30-84. Because of wet conditions, it was agreed to reduce the assessment from $80,530. to $77,480. Two acres on at $6,600 plus $I,OOO. for improvements, and the remaining acreage at $2,500. per acre. BE 84-7-LO, ANNA C. BROWN, 962114301. Site inspection 7-20-84. Subsequent to inspec- tion with consideration of topography,access, and sales activity, it was moved, seconded, and agreed to reduce the assessment from $1,000. to $500. per lot. BE 84-8-LO, MEL RAMBERT/LINCOLN ROGERS, 9621I4405. Site inspection 7-20-84. These lots are in the same platt as the above lots. It was agreed to reduce the assessment from $1,000. to $500. per lot. BE 84-24-LO, HAROLD GUSTAFSON, 934200013. Site inspection 7-24-84. Subsequent to site inspection, it was decided to raise the valuation of these lots to $20,000. each, then reduce them 50% for perc denial. This reduced the assessment of these two lots from $35,000. to $20,000. BE 84-24-LO, DONELDA C. PORTER, 954600101. Site inspection 8-31-84. The Board saw no evidence of slides or underground stream formations on their inspection. It was moved, seconded, and agreed to sustain the valuation at $161,350. BE 84-26-R, DONNA V. ROBERTSON, 021321055 & 056. Site inspection 8-10-84. It was agreed to sustain parcel #021321056 at $49,185. and reduce parcel #921321055 from $46,000. and $23,000. because it is being used as a septic drain field for the other lot. BE 84-27-LO, RONALD W. EASTMAN, 001061002. Site inspection 8-17-84. Because of very high bank, and lack of depth due to bluff erosion, it was moved, seconded, and agreed to reduce the assessment from $64,350. to $55,000. BE 84-29-R, WILLIAM J. & NGAIRI W. HIXSON,101324008. Site inspection 8-17-84. Because of excessive frontage, it was agreed to reduce the land value 10% and leave the im- provements the same. This reduced the total valuation from $144,000. to $130,600. BE 84-30-LO, NORMAN T. WORTHINGTON, 101333001. Site inspection 8-17-84. Subsequent to inspection it was agreed to reduce this land back to it's 1980 valuation of $135,000. BE 84-31-R, STANLEY G. LARSON, 902241007. Site inspection 8-30-84. Because the value seemed consistent with like property, it was agreed to sustain the valuation of $104,900. BE 84-32-R, CLYDE T. ROBINSON, 937800118. Site inspection 8-10-84. Subsequent of inspection of erosion and sale price of adjacent property, it was moved, seconded, and agreed to reduce the land value from $32,500. to $23,500. and leave the improve- ments as is. BE 84-33-R, THEODORE C. CASON, 938100440. Site inspection 8-10-84. Subsequent to inspection it was agreed to leave the land as assessed, but reduce the improvements from $82,400. to $75,000., making the new valuation $97,000. " ~.. Subsequent to inspection and consideration that the property is listed at the assessed price, it 'was agreed to sustain the assessment of $21,000. BE 84-35-LO, WALTER C. LICHTER, 938400712. Site inspection 8-10-84. Since the land seemed comporable to the comparables, it was agreed to sustain the valuation of $16,500. Having no further business for the day, the meeting adjourned.
