MINUTES
02 OCTOBER 1987
The meeting was called to order at 9:15 AM. Members Barber and Dalgleish and
Clerk Lea were present. Bob Shold represented the Assessor's office.
The purpose of this meeting was to coordinate the efforts of the Board and the
Assessor in assigning BOE Petition numbers to all parcels to be revaluated in
(1) The Hamilton Addition (87~065--Clevens) (87-098- Port Townsend Realty) and
(87-099- Castalluci)
(2) The Phoenix Addition (87-100 to 118)
(3) The Kala Point development, Divisions 5 (partial), 6-9.
(4) The Kala Point Development (87-073)
These arrangements were to be used by the Assessors office for preparation of
BOE Revaluation Notices for signature at the 14 October meeting.
There being no further business before the Board a.t 1:45 PM, the meeting was
adjourned until 9:00 AM on Wednesday the 14th of October.
