the 1985 Board of Equalization
The meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m.
members present for the purpose of convening
to consider taxes levied in the year 1986.
Clerk Cathy Whiteman administered the oath to the Board and the Board signed
the tlinutes and Proceedings form.
I't was moved, seconded, and agreed to retain the same positions as last year--
Chairman, A. C. Dalgleish, Vice-Chairman David G. Douglas, and Member Archie
Barber, Jr. James A. Deleo will remain as alternate.
The Board reviewed and approved the 1984 minutes of September 22, October 3,
October 4, and November 19th.

Then the Board approved the minutes for June 4, 1985.
A letter from Chester R. Hill was read which included an offer for the Board
to purchase his property. The Board agreed they had no comment.
Petitions were examined. Ones with incomplete data were pulled out and the
ClerK returned them to the petitioners for completion. The rest were re-
. viewed and numbered.
T~ree'hearings were scheduled for July 19, 1985. BE-86,rl-R and BE 86-2-lQ
GerAid E. Solberg at 9:30 a.m., and BE 86-3-lQ Paul N. Wtlliams at 10:30 a.m.
Having no further business the meeting adjourned at 12:30 p.m.
