The meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m. by Chairman Dalgleish with
member Archie Barber and Clerk Cathy Whiteman present. David Douglas was
absent. '
The Board read and approved the minutes of the July 1, 1985 meeting.
Petitions to the Board were reviewed and assigned numbers.
Having no further business, the meeting adjourned at 2:30 p.m.
