Board met in the norning to complete scheduling of field inspections and to complete
other paper work of the Board.
The afternoon session was devoted to review and conclusions of some of the petitions.
Carolyn Lea was sworn in as Clerk of the B.O.E.
BE-85-12-R: The Board inspected this site in mid-morning of Thursday, the 5th of
September, and Ms. Bliss assisted in the inspection. Evidence of perk test holes
was found; however, !ls. Bliss acknowledges that there is no record of perk tests
having been made prior to her purchase of the property.
The Board concluded that there should be some adjustment in the land valuation con-
sisting of the following:
1) 195 front footage
2) Adjustment due to

BE-85-14LO: The Board inspected this site in early morning of Thursday, the 5th of
September, and r1rs. Broders assi sted in the i nspecti on. The property is 600 feet
al cin'g^ the top of a 100 foot hi gh bl uff taperi ng in wi dth from 130 feet to 25 feet
above 'crest of the bluff. THe Board judged to adjust the valuation of this property
as 600 front feet at $300/front foot with a 50% ~eduction due to limitation of
building set~back regulation. The adjusted valuation should be set at $90,000.
BE-85-15R: The Board inspected this site in late morning of Thursday, the ~th of
September, and !,lr. Nelson assisted in the inspeciton. The building was'.1'ound to be
in a' very sad state of repairs due to lack of maintenance and extenuation drainage
problems. The Board judged to retain the land valuation at $14,700 and to reduce
the building valuation from $25,500 to $12,800 for a total valuation of $27,500.
