DeLeo Chairman Vice-Chairman Member Alternate MINUTES 20 September 1985 Board members met at 10:45 A.M. after morning's schedule~ of field inspections to take final actions. BE-85-1R: (Parcel #943-700-040) Board inspection at 3:15P.M. on the 11th of September~ indicated that this and BE-85-2L are contiguous and have been developed as a common property bec~use the dividing line between the two lots passes across twe decks on the houses. The Board agreed that the land valuation should be reduced from $14,500 to $9,000 plus $1,000 for septic system improvements. The valuation of the building at $36/sq FT. $86,525 should be sustained. BE-85-2-LO: (Parcel #700-039) Inspecti on of the property i ndi cated that the lot could become a buildable site through the vehicle, of a short plat to move the contiguous lot line 20 feet onto this parcel. The Board moved to reduce the land valuation from $13,500 to $9,000. BE-85-75-LO: (Parcel #9~6-905-108) Board viewed this property at 1:45 P.M. on 20 September. This low-bank site on the water front has 2/3 of front lost out in Straight of Juan De Fucca and has access through the drive-way at north end of lots 5 and 6 by easement. After viewing comparables on this section of bank, the Board moved to lower valuation to $55,000 as requested by appellant. BE-85-115-LO: (Parcel #936-901-201) was viewed at 2:00 P.M. on 20 September. Observation of terrain indicate that a depression in two of the lots causing winter flooding warrant reduction of valuation of 2 lots to $2500 and 6 lots at $3500 making the total valuation of the block at $26,000. BE-85-117: (Parcel #936-901-LO) Was viewed at 2:00 a P.M. on 20 September. The Board views that this block has four two-lot building sites with water and sewer services available. Board moves to sustain current valuation of $4,750 per lot or a total valuation of $38,000. Having no further business, meeting was adjourned.
