9:03 P.M. Jefferson County Clearwater Annex: After completeing a trip to the
west end of Jefferson County and inspecting four parcels of land, the full Board
met to take con'lusive action on pending petitions.
BE-85-35-LO: (Parcel #712-063-021), (712-063-020), (712-063-019) ahd(712-063-002)
Thru 38-LO: Respectively in the Bogachiel River Valley were inspected at 3:15 P.M.
These parcels were found to be steep sloped in the upper (southern) reaches and marshy
at the north end adjacent to road.
The Board moved to reduce the valuation
BE-85-35-LO (parcel #712-063-021)
BE-85-36-LO (parcel 712-063-020)
BE-85-37-LO (parcel #712-063-019)
BE-85-38-LO (parcel #712-063-002)
of each parcel to $I,ODO per acre:
from $15,700 to $5,900
from $15,900 to $5,300
from $15,300 to $5,100
From #15,300 to $5,100
BE-85-13-LO: (Parcel #990-5DO-003) The Board made an on-site inspection of the morning
of Septe~ber 11th and al?o viewed the comparables in that division. This property
has sewer services and was temporarily covered by the sewer connection moratorium
terminated 1 June 1985. The Board moved to reduce the valuation from $19,500 to
$18,500 t~ gain equalization with comparables in this division of the de~velopment.
BE-85-21R: (parcel 936-300-203) The Board moved to sustain the Assessor's
current valuation set at $44,160.
BE-85-23: (Parcel 948-330-901) Board moved to sustain Assessor's revised valuation
at $15,750 for land and $39,750 for improvements for a total of $55,500.
BE-85-24-LO: (Parcel #961-806-004) The Board declines to take action onthis petition
because the petitioner does not own the parcel but states he has an option to purchase.
Having no further business, meeting was adjourned.
