Clerk Lea was present. The Board reviewed and approved mimutes of Meetings for the following dates: SEPTEMBER 6,13 and 26, OCTOBER 7,9,10,11,14. The Board recieved and reviewed a letter from Mr. Brian M. Baker, counsel for Harold Peters (BE-85-65-LO) requesting any documentation of the Board action sustaining the current valuation of Parcel 953-700-320 and sustaining the Jefferson County Commissioner's revocation of the OPEN SPACE/OPEN SPACE AGREEMENT on this parcel. The Board authorized the transmittal of the appropriate section of the 10 October meeting when these actions were taken. Chimacum Creek Estates #2: The Assessor appeared before the Board to seek direction for equalization adjustments to all 50 lots in this plat in support of the Board action on the Solberg Petitions BE-85-1 and 2. The Board directed that: 1) Lots 29-33 which are designated for Duplex construction should remain at $13,500(10t 2) Lot 50 which is designated as reserved for future development shall remain at $15,000. 3) All other unimproved lots in the Plat shall be adjusted from $12,500 to $9,000 and lots with improvements shall be adjusted to $10,000. Chimacum Creek Estates #1: The Assessor appeared before the Board and presented additional sales comparables withing the 27 lots of this plat and adjacent plats and recommended equalization adjustments consistent with Chimacum Creek Estates #2. The Board directed the following adjustments: 1) Lots 10 and 11 which are designated for Duplex construction shall remain the same at $12,500. 2) The other twenty-five lots are to be adjusted for equalization by reduction in valuation from $12,500 improved to $10,000 improved. BE-85-66C (Parcel 957-607-001) The Assessor and Board held a discussion on the Callahan presentation of the 15th to determine whether there was a common understanding as to the factors presented for the determination of adjustments to either the income or construction methods of valuation of the parcel. There being no further business completeable this day, the Board adjourned until 9:00 A.M. on Monday, the 21st of October.
