MINUTES
3rd JUNE 1988
Meeting was called to order at 9:30 A.M. Board Members in
attendance were Barber and Dalgleish. The new Clerk, Dierdrei
Whiteford, was also present.
Board of Equalization Chairman, Chet Dalgleish and Member,
Archie Barber, met to organize new office space, files, furniture,
etc.
Also developed the required Public Notice for publishing DATES and
DETAILS of BOARD OF EQUALIZATION matters.
The Board of Equalization's new "Clerk of the Board", DIERDREI
WHITEFORD, was indoctrinated to her duties and responsibilities.
She began functions of the office.
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was
adjourned at 11:30 A.M.
