Deleo Chairman Vice-Chairman Member Alternate MINUTES 5th JULY 1988 The meeting was called to order at 10:00 a.m. The Board Members in attendance were A. C. Dalgleish, David G. Douglas and Archie Barber, Jr. The Clerk of the Board, Dierdrei Whiteford, was also present. The new Clerk of the Board, Dierdrei Whiteford, was officially sworn in by the Deputy Auditor, Karen Cartmel. The Members of the Board were re-elected and then sworn in to their offices by the Clerk. The Board approved the Minutes of the previous Board. The balance of this session was devoted to assigning Petition Numbers to the 33 outstanding petitions received'! as of this date.
