The Board of Equalization convened at 9:00 a.m. with Chairman A.C.
Dalgleish, Vice-Chairman David G. Douglas, Member Archie Barber,
Jr. and Clerk Dierdrei L. Whiteford present, The Board dispensed
with the reading of the Minutes of previous meetings at this time.
CONVENING 1989 BOARD
Chairman Dalgleish noted that this is the first day of convening
for the 1989 year, as advertised in the Port Townsend Leader. The
Board will be in session not to exceed 28 days unless more meeting
days are required to complete the 1989 appeals received for the
1990 tax rolls.
BUSINESS OF THE DAY
The Board studied and compiled the appeals received to date and
began assigning petition numbers in preparation for sending out
hearing notifications.

There being no further business before the Board, the meeting
adjourned until July 7, 1989 at 9:00 a.m.
