FOR THE YEAR OF 1990
The Board of Equalization convened at 9:00 a.m. with Chairman A.c. Dalgleish, Vice-
Chairman David G. Douglas, Member Archie Barber, Jr. and Deputy Clerk Julie Matthes
present in the absence of Clerk D. Keegan.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Chairman Dalgleish noted that the Minutes of October 5, and 10, 1990 were read by the
Board Members.
MOTION
Vice-Chairman Douglas moved to approve the Minutes of OCTOBER 5,
and 10, 1990 as presented. Member Archie Barber, Jr. seconded the
motion which carried by unanimous vote.
Chairman Dalgleish noted that the amended Minutes of September 28, 1990 and October
3, 1990 and November 9, and 21, 1990 were read by the Board Members.
MOTION
Vice-Chairman Douglas moved to accept the Minutes of SEPTEMBER
28, 1990, OCTOBER 3, 1990, and NOVEMBER 9, and 21, 1990 as
previously approved and amended. Member Archie Barber, Jr.
seconded the motion which carried by unanimous vote.
PENDING MINUTES
Chairman Dalgleish noted that the four sets of Minutes pending were not provided due to
the malfunctioning of the computer processing unit.

OTHER BUSINESS OF THE BOARD
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting adjourned until February 8,
1991, at which time the Board will complete the 1990 determinations.
