The Board of Equalization met at 9:30 a.m. with Vice-Chairman David G. Douglas, Member
Archie Barber, Jr. and Oerk Dierdrei Keegan present. Chairman Dalgleish was absent. The
Board reviewed the petitions received, and discussed administration for 1991. The working
session was adjourned at 5:00 p.m.

The Board of Equalization met at 9:30 a.m. with Vice-Chairman David G. Douglas, Member
Archie Barber, Jr. and Clerk Dierdrei Keegan present. Chairman Dalgleish was absent. The
. Board examined petitions, researched records for data to complete petitions, reviewed the rules,
regulations, and criteria to be met for the 1991 sessions, and discussed the preferred method
of preparing Minutes for 1991. The working session adjourned at 5:00 p.m.

needed interactions with the Assessor's department, petitioners, Department of Revenue, and
the coordination of these needs. The Board also discussed methods of meeting the new
requirements of the Department of Revenue, and reviewed the information from the

Department of Revenue Training session of June 11, 1991 [Lorna Delaney of the Board of
County Commissioners; Oerk Dierdrei Keegan; Vice-Chairman David Douglas; and Member
Archie Barber, Jr. attended]. Further administration, office needs, required time criteria, and
directions for accepting 1991 appeals were addressed. The working session adjourned at 5:00
p.m. with the decision to plan hearings in the latter part of July.
