DE LEO CHAIRMAN VICE-CHAIRMAN MEMBER ALTERNATE MINUTES FEBRUARY 6, 1992 FOR THE YEAR 1991 The Board of Equalization convened at 10:00 a.m. with Chairman AC. Dalgleish, Vice- Chairman David G. Douglas, Member Archie Barber, Jr. and Clerk Julie Matthes present. The day was spent in reviewing minutes. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Chairman Dalgleish noted that the minutes of October 2, 1991 were read by the Board Members. MOTION Vice-Chairman Douglas moved to approve the Minutes of OCTOBER 2, 1991 as presented. Member Archie Barber, Jr. seconded the motion which carried by unanimous vote. Chairman Dalgleish noted that the minutes of October 4, 1991 were read by the Board Members. MOTION Vice-Chairman Douglas moved to approve the Minutes of OCTOBER 4, 1991 as amended. Member Archie Barber, Jr. seconded the motion which carried by unanimous vote. Board of Equalization Minutes: February 6, 1992 Page: 2 Chairman Dalgleish noted that the minutes of October 8, 1991 were read by the Board Members. MOTION Vice-Chairman Douglas moved to approve the Minutes of OCTOBER 8, 1991 as presented. Member Archie Barber, Jr. seconded the motion which carried by unanimous vote. Chairman Dalgleish noted that the minutes of October 10, 1991 were read by the Board Members. MOTION Vice-Chairman Douglas moved to approve the Minutes of OCTOBER 10, 1991 as presented. Member Archie Barber, Jr. seconded the motion which carried by unanimous vote. Chairman Dalgleish noted that the minutes of October 17, 1991 were read by the Board Members. MOTION Vice-Chairman Douglas moved to approve the Minutes of OCTOBER 17, 1991 as presented. Member Archie Barber, Jr. seconded the motion which carried by unanimous vote. Chairman Dalgleish noted that the minutes of October 21, 1991 were read by the Board Members. MOTION Vice-Chairman Douglas moved to approve the Minutes of OCTOBER 21, 1991 as presented. Member Archie Barber, Jr. seconded the motion which carried by unanimous vote. MOTION Vice-Chairman Douglas moved to approve the Minutes of NOVEMBER 5, 1991 as amended. Member Archie Barber, Jr. seconded the motion which carried by unanimous vote. Chairman Dalgleish noted that the minutes of November 8, 1991 were read by the Board Members. MOTION Vice-Chairman Douglas moved to approve the Minutes of NOVEMBER 8, 1991 as presented. Member Archie Barber, Jr. seconded the motion which carried by unanimous vote. Chairman Dalgleish noted that the minutes of November 26, 1991 were read by the Board Members. MOTION Vice-Chairman Douglas moved to approve the Minutes of NOVEMBER 26, 1991 as presented. Member Archie Barber, Jr. seconded the motion which carried by unanimous vote. Chairman Dalgleish noted that the minutes of December 4, 1991 were read by the Board Members. MOTION Vice-Chairman Douglas moved to approve the Minutes of DECEMBER 4, 1991 as presented. Member Archie Barber, Jr. seconded the motion which carried by unanimous vote. MOTION Vice-Chairman Douglas moved to approve the Minutes of DECEMBER 5, 1991 as presented. Member Archie Barber, Jr. seconded the motion which carried by unanimous vote. Chairman Dalgleish noted that the minutes of December 11, 1991 were read by the Board Members. MOTION Vice-Chairman Douglas moved to approve the Minutes of DECEMBER 11, 1991 as presented. Member Archie Barber, Jr. seconded the motion which carried by unanimous vote. Chairman Dalgleish noted that the minutes of December 12, 1991 were read by the Board Members. MOTION Vice-Chairman Douglas moved to approve the Minutes of DECEMBER 12, 1991 as presented. Member Archie Barber, Jr. seconded the motion which carried by unanimous vote. Chairman Dalgleish noted that the minutes of December 13, 1991 were read by the Board Members. MOTION Vice-Chairman Douglas moved to approve the Minutes of DECEMBER 13, 1991 as presented. Member Archie Barber, Jr. seconded the motion which carried by unanimous vote. MOTION Vice-Chairman Douglas moved to approve the Minutes of DECEMBER 17, 1991 as presented. Member Archie Barber, Jr. seconded the motion which carried by unanimous vote. Chairman Dalgleish noted that the minutes of December 20, 1991 were read by the Board Members. MOTION Vice-Chairman Douglas moved to approve the Minutes of DECEMBER 20, 1991 as presented. Member Archie Barber, Jr. seconded the motion which carried by unanimous vote. There being no further business before the Board, the meeting adjourned until February 12, 1992.
