McCLURE 3461 PARADISE BAY ROAD PORT LUDLOW, WA 98365 BOE: 91-151-EQU PN: 984 000 104 Vice-Chairman Douglas explained that this parcel consists of Lots 4 and 5 and the north half of Lot 3 in Block A of Paradise View Estates. This equalization is the result of a counter appeal by Naomi Haakenson that was handled by the Assessor's Office on July 19, 1991 for PN: 984 001 101 and PN: 984 000 130. At the time of the adjustments for the 2 half lots, one belonging to Haakenson and one to McClure, there was an error in the computation of the value of the land for the McClure parcel. MOTION Vice-Chairman Douglas moved to reduce the land valuation from $98,500 to $82,500. The improvements are sustained at $52,975. The total valuation is reduced from $151,475 to $135,475. The valuation is reduced for equalization purposes. Member Archie Barber, Jr. seconded the motion which carried by unanimous vote. There being no further business before the Board, the meeting adjourned. APPROVED BY: DATE APPROVED: I:J-;/ 'Z5~t1 tL,~ AC.DALGLEISH( CHAIRMAN ~~~Q~ DAVID G.
