The Board of Equalization convened at 9:00 A.M. Members present were James A.
DeLeo, William S. Marlow, Richard A. Broders, and Alternate Lars Watson.

CONVENING 1992 HEARINGS
James A. DeLeo officially convened the 1992 Board of Equalization for hearings for
the 1993 tax year. The Board met on July I, 1992 for administrative purposes.
FORMATION OF THE BOARD
William S. Marlow moved to appoint James A. DeLeo as Chairman of the Board. Richard
A. Broders seconded the motion, which carried by a unanimous vote. Richard A.
Broders moved to appoint William S. Marlow as Vice-Chairman of the Board. James A.
Deleo seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote.
SWEARING IN THE BOARD
The Clerk of the Board swore in James A. DeLeo, William S. Marlow, Richard A.
Broders, and Alternate Lars Watson for the 1992 Board of Equalization season. Each
member then signed an Oath of Office and Minutes and Proceedings form.

HEARINGS
The Board discussed the length of hearings and concurred that each appeal will be
scheduled for approximately 30 minutes. Petitioners with more than one appeal will
be scheduled additional time based on the number of appeals they have filed. After
reviewing the appeal files, Chairman DeLeo scheduled hearings for August 4, 5, 6,
and 7, 1992.
