Chairman James A. Deleo called the meeting to order at 9:30 A.M. Members present were William S.
Marlow and Richard A. Broders. Assessor Jack Westerman III and Assessment Operations Manager Jeff
Chapman of the Assessor's office were also present.

CERTIFICATION OF THE ASSESSOR'S 1992 ASSESSMENT ROLLS
The Assessor presented the Assessor's Certificate of Assessment Rolls to County Board of Equalization
subscibed and sworn to before the County Auditor. The total County assessed value as of July 30, 1992
is $1,350,234,720. Notices for new construction outside the revaluation area will be sent out the first
part of September. He reviewed the taxing district assessed valuations from the 1992 Preliminary
Valuations Jefferson County. Jeff Chapman explained that Timber Assessed Values (TAV) are not figured
for Water Districts and Flood Zones since they do not levy. After further discussion of assessment
proceedures used In the County the Board adjourned until August 4, 1992.
