Chairman James A DeLeo called the meeting to order at 11:00 AM. Members present were
William S. Marlow and Richard A Broders.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Vice-Chairman Bill Marlow moved to approve the Minutes of July 15, 1992 as presented.
Member Dick Broders seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote.
HEARING WAIVERS
Chairman James A DeLeo read the Hearing Waivers into the record that were received from the

Vice-Chairman Bill Marlow moved to accept the corrected market values agreed upon by each
Petitioner and the Assessor's Office. Member Dick Broders seconded the motion which carried
by a unanimous vote.

Mr. and Mrs. McCammon were present. Robert Shold was present on behalf of the Assessor's
Office. Chairman James A DeLeo explained the hearing process and swore them in. After
hearing the testimony of both parties the Board concurred that they would conduct an inspection
of the property and make a determination at a later date.
Chairman James A DeLeo adjourned the meeting until 9:30 AM. on August 5, 1992.
