Broders Lars Watson Chairman Vice-Chairman Member Alternate Chairman James A. DeLeo called the meeting to order at 9:30 AM. Members present were William S. Marlow and Richard A. Broders. APPROVAL OF MINUTES . Member Dick Broders moved to approve the Minutes of July 31, 1992 as presented. Vice- Chairman Bill Marlow seconded the motion which carried by a unaoimous vote. HEARING WAIVERS Chairman James A DeLeo read the Waiver of Hearing received from Mr. Cletus A Gasson for petition number BOE 92-1O-R into the record. The Assessor's initial market value follows: Land Buildings, etc. Total $ 71,500 212.795 $ 284,295 The correceted market value agreed upon by the Petitioner and Assessor's Office is as follows: Land Buildings, etc. Total $ 71,500 184.300 $ 255,800 Member Dick Broders moved to accept the corrected market value agreed upon by the Petitioner and Assessor's Office. Chairman James A DeLeo explained the hearing process and swore them in. Mter hearing the testimony of both parties the Board concurred that they would conduct an inspection of the property and make a determination at a later date. Donalda C. Porter P.O. Mr. Reed was present and acting as authorized agent for Scott Brown and Susan Rives. Robert Kingsley was present on behalf of the Assessor's Office. Chairman James A DeLeo explained the hearing process and swore them in. Mter hearing the testimony of Mr. Reed the Board concurred that they would conduct an inspection of the property and make a determination at a later date. Robert Kingsley added that he feels Mr. Reed's property is over valued and that he would agree to lowering the values of petition numbers BOE 92-16-LO, BOE 92-17-LO, and BOE 92-18-LO by $3,000 each. Mr. Reed declined to accept the reduction at this time and stated he would like the Board to do an inspection. Chairman James A DeLeo adjourned the meeting until 9:30 AM. on August 6, 1992.
