Broders Lars Watson Chairman Vice-Chairman Member Alternate Chairman James A DeLeo called the meeting to order at 9:30 AM. Members present were William S. Marlow and Richard A Broders. APPROVAL OF MINUTES . Member Dick Broders moved to approve the Minutes of August 4, 5, and 6, 1992 as presented. Vice-Chairman Bill Marlow seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote. HEARING WAIVERS Chairman James A DeLeo read the Hearing Waivers into the record that were received from the following Petitioners: ASSESSOR'S CORRECTED INITIAL MARKET VALUE MARKET VALUE Angelina Boaz Land $ 93,655 $ 75,250 BOE: 92-Q6-LO Buildings PN: 921 094 010 TOTAL $ 93,655 $ 75,250 Pasquale J. AUGUST 20, 1992 Page 2 Vice-Chairman Bill Marlow moved to accept the corrected market values agreed upon by each Petitioner and the Assessor's Office. Member Dick Broders seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote. HEARINGS Robert G. Erb 140 N. Bay Way Port Ludlow, WA 98365 BOE: 92-30-LO PN: 001 335 003 Mr. Erb was present. Robert Shold was present on behalf of the Assessor's Office. Chairman James A DeLeo explained the hearing process and swore them in. Mter Mr. Erb presented his testimony, Mr. Shold stated that the Assessor's office agrees that there are conditions unique to this parcel and is willing to reduce the value of the land from $45,000 to $36,000. Mr. Erb stated the reduction is acceptable to him. The Board concurred to accept the market value agreed upon by both parties. . Ronald L Koehnen 714 SW 295th Street Federal Way, WA 98023 BOE: 92-29-LO PN: 938 100 428 Mr. and Mrs. Koehnen were present. Will Butterfield was present on behalf of the Assessor's Office. Chairman James A DeLeo explained the hearing process and swore them in. After hearing the testimony of both parties the Board concurred that they would conduct an inspection of the property and make a determination at a later date.
