Broders Lars Watson Chairman Vice-Chairman Member Alternate Chairman James A. DeLeo called the meeting to order at 9:30 A.M. Member Richard A. Broders was present. Vice-Chairman William S. Marlow was not present due to an excused absence. . APPROVAL OF MINUTES Member Dick Broders moved to approve the Minutes of August 20, 1992 as presented. Chairman James A. DeLeo seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote. HEARING WAIVERS Chairman James A. DeLeo read the Hearing Waiver into the record that was received from the following Petitioner: Chevron Corp. BOB: 92-28-LO PN: 989 703 601 ASSESSOR'S INITIAL MARKET VALUE $255.000 Land Buildings TOTAL $255,000 CORRECTED MARKET VALUE $174,165 $174,165 Member Dick Broders moved to accept the corrected market values agreed upon by the Petitioner and the Assessor's Office. Robert Shold was present on behalf of the Assessor's Office. Chairman James A. DeLeo explained the hearing process and swore them in. After hearing the testimonty of both parties the Board concurred that they would conduct an inspection of the property and make a determination at a later date. Dorothy & Stan Bokelmann Trust 4604 Carriage Lane Las Vegas, NV 89119 BOE: 92-35-ffi!) PN: 939 601 440 Mr. Bokelmann was not present. Will Butterfield was present on behalf of the Assessor's office. Chairman James A. DeLeo swore him in. After hearing the testimony of the Assessor's office and reviewing the information submitted by Mr. Bokelmann the Board concurred that they would conduct an inspection of the property and make a determination at a later date. Robert Shold was present on behalf of the Assessor's office. Chairman James A. DeLeo explained the hearing process and swore them in. After hearing the testimony of both parties the Board concurred that they would conduct an inspection of the property and make a determination at a later date. Pamela Ricketts P.O. Box 181 Port Townsend, W A 98368 BOE: 92-41-R PN: 001 292 010 Ms. Ricketts was present. Robert Shold was present on behalf of the Assessor's office. Chairman James A. DeLeo explained the hearing process and swore them in. After the petitioner gave her testimony Mr. Shold stated an error had been made in calculating the number of acres and that the Assessor's office is reducing the value of the property from $58,700 to $52,800. Since the new value is still not acceptable to the petitioner the Board concurred that they would conduct an inspection of the property and make a determination at a later date. Jeff Chapman was present on behalf of the Assessor's office. Chairman James A. DeLeo explained the hearing process and swore them in. After hearing the testimony of both parties the Board Concurred that they would conduct an inspection of the property and make a determination at a later date. Richard J. Niichel 4412 E. Horseshoe Road Phoenix, AZ 85028 BOE: 92-42-LO 92-43-LO PN: 951 000 107 951 000 213 Mr. Niichel was not present. Jeff Chapman was present on behalf of the Assessor's office. Chairman James A. DeLeo reminded Mr. Chapman that he is still under oath. After hearing the testimony of Mr. Chapman and reviewing the information submitted by the Mr. Niichel the Board concurred that they would conduct an inspection of the property and make a determination at a later date. .
