After reviewing the information submitted by the Petitioner and Assessor's office, the Board
agreed that an inspection of the property would not be necessary. The Board concurred to
overrule the Assessor's initial valuation of $33,870 and reduce that amount by 25% for a total
valuation of $25,402 which was the recommendation of the Assessor's office at the hearing. (See
also Minutes of September 10, 1992)
