Chairman James A. DeLeo called the meeting to order at 9:30 A.M.
Marlow and Richard A. Broders were present.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Member Dick Broders moved to approve the minutes of January 28, 1993. Vice-Chairman
Bill Marlow seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote.

Chairman James A. DeLeo stated for the record that the Assessor's office and both
petitioners have agreed to a reduction in value of $500/acre. Assessment correction forms
were signed by both parties and have been received by the Clerk.
Vice-Chairman Bill Marlow moved to accept the assessment correction agreed to by both
parties. Member Dick Broders seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Member Bill Marlow moved to approve the Minutes of this date and the actions taken herein
upon their signing. Member Dick Broders seconded the motion which carried by a
unanimous vote.
With there being no further business before the Board the Chairman called for a motion to
close the Board of Equalization season for 1992. Member Dick Broders moved to close the
Board of Equalization season for 1992. Vice-Chairman Bill Marlow seconded the motion
which carried by a unanimous vote.
Meeting Adjourned.
