Chairman James A. DeLeo called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. Vice-Chairman
William S. Marlow and Member Richard A. Broders were also present.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Vice-Chairman Bill Marlow moved to approve the minutes of October 20, 1993 as presented.
Member Dick Broders seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote.

Vice-Chairman Bill Marlow stated that after reviewing all the information provided the Board
determined that the Assessor's valuation accurately reflects the market value of the property.
Vice-Chairman Bill Marlow moved to sustain the Assessor's valuation of $3,500. Member
Dick Broders seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote. (See also Minutes of
August 10, and September 9, 1993)

After reviewing all the information provided and conducting an inspection of the property the
Board determined the Assessor's valuation does not accurately reflect the market value of the
property. Vice-Chairman Bill Marlow moved to overrule the Assessor's valuation of $30,000
and reduce it to $25,000. Member Dick Broders seconded the motion which carried by a
unanimous vote. (See also minutes of August 11, and September 9, 1993)

The Board reviewed all the information provided, conducted an inspection of the property and
consulted with the Prosecuting Attorney about this appeal. Since the problem brought before
the Board occurred after the assessment date of January I , 1993 they ruled that this case
could not be considered until the following year. Vice-Chairman Bill Marlow moved to
sustain the Assessor's valuation of 325,025. Member Dick Broders seconded the motion
which carried by a unanimous vote. (See also minutes of September 29, 1993)

After reviewing all the information provided and conducting an inspection of the property the
Board determined the Assessor's valuation accurately reflects fair market value of the
property. Member Dick Broders moved to sustain the Assessor's valuation of $64,560.

Member Dick Broders stated that after reviewing all the information provided and conducting
an inspection of the property the Board determined that the one parcel being appealed does
increase the value of all four lots combined and therefore, the Assessor's value accurately
reflects fair market value. Vice-Chairman Bill Marlow moved to sustain the Assessor's
valuation of $8,500. Member Dick Broders seconded the motion which carried by a
unanimous vote. (See also minutes of September 29, 1993)

Chairman James A. DeLeo stated the Board conducted an inspection of the property. After
a brief discussion of all the information provided the Board determined that an adjustment
would oeed to be made for the access problem. Member Dick Broders moved to overrule
the Assessor's valuation of $120,000 and reduce it by 10% for a total value of $108,000.
Vice-Chairman Bill Marlow seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote. (See

Board determined the Assessor's valuation accurately reflects fair market value of the

determined that the Assessor's valuation accurately reflects fair market value of each parcel.
Member Dick Broders moved to sustain the Assessor's valuation of $256,500 for parcel
number 969 907 701 and $240,000 for parcel number 969 911 601. Vice-Chairman Bill
Marlow seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote. (See also minutes of
September 29, 1993)
The Board scheduled property inspections for November 17, and 18, 1993.
