Chairman James A. DeLeo called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. Vice-Chairman
William S. Marlow and Member Richard A. Broders were also present.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Member Broders moved to approve the minutes of January 5, 1994 as presented. Vice-
Chairman Marlow seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote.

The Board conducted an inspection of the property and concurred that the Assessor's value
fairly reflects market value of the property. Vice-Chairman Marlow moved to sustain the
Assessor's valuation of $105,875 for parcel number 989 704 301 and $306,100 for parcel
number 989 704 304. Member Broders seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous
vote.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Vice-Chairman Marlow moved to approve the minutes of this date and the actions taken
herein upon their signing. Member Broders seconded the motion which carried by a
unanimous vote.

The Chairman called for a motion to close the Board of Equalization season for 1993. Vice
Chairman Marlow moved that there being no further business before the Board of
Equalization for the 1993 season that the Board adjourn Sine Die. Member Broders
seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote.
