AMEND DETERMINATION Kenneth ADen, Jr. 611 Cedar Avenue #30 Port Hadlock, W A 98339 BOE: 95-152-R PN: 30-77013 Chairman Marlow eXplained that the Board determined to sustain the Assessor's valuation of this parcel during their meeting held on February 1, 1996. After reviewing the figures it was discovered that some information had been omitted from the Board's consideration. During the hearing, the representative ofthe Assessor's office noted that the effective age of the mobile home was inadvertently left out of the computations which would have resulted in a lower valuation. He recommended to the Board that the value be reduced from $20,705 to $17,010. Vice- Chairman Broders moved to change the Board's previous determination and overrule the Assessor's valuation ofparce1 number 30-77013 and reduce it from $20,705 to $17,010.
