The Board of Equalization convened at 9:30 a.m. William Marlow and Richard Broders were
present. James DeLeo was not present.
CONVENING 1995 HEARINGS
Member William Marlow officially convened the 1996 Board of Equalization to hear appeals for
the 1996 tax year.
SWEARING IN THE BOARD
Members William Marlow and Richard Broders signed the Minutes and Proceedings form after
being sworn in by the Clerk of the Board. Member James DeLeo will be sworn in and sign the
Minutes and Proceedings form at a future meeting.
FORMATION OF THE BOARD
Member Richard Broders moved to appoint Member William Marlow as Chairman of the Board
of Equalization for the 1996 season. Member William Marlow seconded the motion. The motion
passed. Chairman Marlow moved to appoint Member Richard Broders as Vice-Chairman.
Member Richard Broders seconded the motion. The motion passed.

The Board briefly reviewed the Board of Equalization process and procedures.
