Marlow and Member James A. DeLeo. DETERMINATIONS Water Street Corporation 635 Water Street Port Townsend, W A 98368 BOE: 97-35-C PN: 989700611 After reviewing all the information submitted by both parties and conducting an inspection of the property, the Board concurred to reduce the improvement value of the property by 5% due to the hostile lease agreement. Vice-Chairman Marlow moved to reduce the value of parcel number 989700611 from $598,935 ($192,875 for the land and $406,060 for the improvements) to $578,632 ($192,875 for the land and $385,757 for the improvements). Member DeLeo seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote. (See also minutes of October 14, 1997) Kathleen K. Vice-Chairman Marlow moved to sustain the valuation of$40,800 for parcel number 972 901 701 as it reflects fair market value. It was agreed that based on market evidence the property value is fair and equitable. Vice-Chairman Marlow moved to sustain the Assessor's valuation of$120,665. Member DeLeo seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote. Vice-Chairman Marlow moved to sustain the Assessor's valuation of$33I,705. Member DeLeo seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote. It was agreed that the Assessor's valuation is fair and equitable. Member DeLeo moved to sustain the Assessor's valuation of $249,360. Vice-Chairman Marlow seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote. Member DeLeo moved to sustain the Assessor's valuation of$206,825. Vice-Chairman Marlow seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote.
