Chairman Richard A. Broders called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. in the presence of Vice-Chairman
William S. Marlow and Member James A. DeLeo.
DETERMINATIONS

The Board reviewed all the information submitted by both parties and determined that Ms. Clement
should receive the disability exemption based on the testimony, the information provided - including a
doctor's note, and the fact that her condition was reviewed by the State Disability Board who determined
that she is still disabled and approved the continuance of her social security disability payments. In
addition, the Assessor stated at the hearing that the exemptions are reviewed every four (4) years, so if the
circumstances change in Ms. Clement's situation, the Assessor's office will make the necessary changes
in their records. Vice-Chairman Marlow moved to overrule the Assessor's office and allow the
exemption for disability for Ms. Clement on parcel number 948 329 102. Member DeLeo seconded the
motion which carried by a unanimous vote. (See also minutes of April 7, 1998)
