Chairman Richard A. Broders called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. in the presence of Vice-Chairman
William S. Marlow and Member James A. DeLeo.

The Board reviewed all the information submitted by both parties and conducted an inspection of the property.
After some deliberation the Board concurred that based on the purchase price of the property the valuations of the
parcels need to be adjusted to reflect fair market value. The Board reviewed the adjusted values and the method
of equitably distributing the values between the parcels with Appraiser Bob Shold. Vice-Chainnan Marlow
moved to overrule the Assessor's determination and reduce the valuations of the parcels as follows:
