Broders William S. Marlow James A. DeLeo Chairman Vice-Chairman Member Chairman Richard A. Broders called the meeting to order at 11 :00 a.m. in the presence of Vice-Chairman William S. Marlow. Member James A. DeLeo was not present. DETERMINATIONS Stanley Pawelek 10602 Sherwood Drive SW Tacoma, W A 98498 After reviewing all the information submitted by both parties and conducting an inspection of the property, the Board concurred to reduce the value ofthe property by removing the additional valuation of $6,000 for site improvements which do not exist on the property. The Board looked into the concerns brought up by the appellant and determined that regardless of the methods used by the Assessor's office in valuing the property, $150,865 is fair and equitable, Vice-Chairman Marlow moved to overrule the Assessor and reduce the value of parcel number 001 063006 from $156,865 to $150,865. Chairman Broders seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote. Vice-Chairman Marlow moved to sustain the Assessor's valuation of$110,240 for parcel number 985209602. Chairman Broders seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote.
