After reviewing all the information submitted by both parties and conducting an inspection of the property, the
Board agreed that based on market evidence the property value is fair and equitable, Vice-Chairman Marlow moved
to sustain the Assessor's valuation of $141 ,655 ($89,600 for the land and $52,055 for the improvements). Member
