Marlow and Member James A DeLeo, DETERMINATIONS Ernest & Marilyn Ford, Trustees 544 Grasseth Poston Road Longview, W A 98632 HOE: 98-42-R PN: 993200014 After reviewing all the information submitted by both parties and conducting an inspection of the property, the Board concurred that the current valuation best reflects true and fair market value, Vice-Chairman Marlow moved to sustain the Assessor's valuation of $43,655 ($16,000 for the land and $27,655 for the improvements), Member DeLeo seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote, (See also minutes of October 13, 1998) Robert & Shirley Rogers 3532 Isle Royale Drive Las Vegas, NV 89122 HOE: 98-31.W PN: 983401201 After reviewing all the information submitted by both parties and conducting an inspection of the property, the Board concurred to reduce the base land value by an additional 20%, for a total adjustment of 50%, due to limitations on the use of the current septic system, Vice-Chairman Marlow moved to overrule the Assessor and reduce the current land value from $23,500 to $18,500. After further discussion it was agreed to adjust only the land value by reducing the base land value by a total of 30%, Vice- Chairman Marlow moved to overrule the Assessor and reduce the current valuation from $161,895 ($67,670 for the land and $94,225 for the improvements) to $145,077 ($50,852 for the land and $94,225 for the improvements). In the temporary absence of Member DeLeo, Chairman Broders seconded the motion, The motion passed.
