Chairman Richard A Broders called the meeting to order at 1 :00 p.m, in the presence of Vice-Chairman William S,
Marlow, Member James A DeLeo was not present.

The Board previously reviewed all the information submitted by both parties and conducted an inspection ofthe
property, The determination had been posted on November 18, 1998 due to some confusion with the parcel
numbers which have since been clarified. After further discussion the Board concurred to sustain the val nation of
one (1) parcel and reduce the valuation of the other two (2) parcels due to topography problems. Vice-Chairman
Marlow moved sustain the Assessor's valuation of$99,125 for parcel number 701 174 00 L Chairman Broders
seconded the motion, The motion passed, Vice Chairman Marlow moved to overrule the Assessor and reduce the
valuation of parcel number 701 174014 from $101,710 to $91,461 by increasing the current topography adjustment
from -15% to -25% on the high bank portions only, The -15% adjustment on the low bank waterfront will not
change. Chairman Broders seconded the motion, The motion passed, Vice-Chairman Marlow moved to overrule
the Assessor and reduce the valuation of parcel number 701 163001 (701 174015) from $103,140 to $91,005 by
increasing the current topography adjustment from -15% to -25%. Chairman Broders seconded the motion. The

After reviewing all the information submitted by both parties and conducting an inspection of the property, the
Board concurred to sustain the valuation of two (2) of the parcels and reduce the valuation of the other two (2)
parcels by 25% due to topography problems and wet areas on the property, Vice-Chairman Marlow moved to
sustain the Assessor's valuation of $6,000 each for parcel numbers 955000005 and 955000006, and overrule the
Assessor and reduce the valuation of parcel numbers 955 000 007 and 955000 008 from $6,000 to $4,500 each,

the Board, Vice-Chairman Marlow moved to revise the determination as follows: The valuation of parcel number
989710201 will be reduced from $1,303,855 ($257,400 for the land and $1,046,455 for the improvements) to
$672,400 ($257,400 for the land and $415,000 for the improvements). Chairman Broders seconded the motion,
