Chairman Richard A. Broders called the meeting to order at 3:30 p,m, in the presence of Vice-Chairman
William S, Marlow and Member James A. DeLeo,
REQUEST FOR RECONVENING
David and Michela McMahon submitted a "Request for Reconvening" based on the condition being met
pursuant to WAC 458-14-127 RECONVENED BOARDS-AUTHORITY (1)( c) which states Boards of
Equalization may reconvene on their own authority to hear requests or appeals concerning the current
assessment year when the request or appeal is filed with the Board by April 30 of the tax year immediately
following the Board's regularly convened session and when a bona fide purchaser or contract buyer of record
has acquired an interest in real property subsequent to the first day of July and on or before December 31 of the
assessment year and the sale price was less than ninety percent of the assessed value, Vice-Chairman Marlow
moved to approve the reconvening request Member DeLeo seconded the motion which carried by a
unanimous vote,
ASSESSMENT CORRECTION
Chairman Broders noted that the Board has documentation indicating that the petitioners, David and Michela
McMahon and the Assessor's office have come to an agreement on a value for the property, making it
unnecessary to hold a hearing on their appeaL Vice-Chairman Marlow moved to accept the assessment
correction for parcel number 701 301 011 agreed to by both parties, Member DeLeo seconded the motion
which carried by a unanimous vote,

REQUEST FOR WAIVER OF 1999 APPEAL DEADLINE
Charles E. Courtney submitted a property valuation appeal for 1999, however, it was received one day late, He
purchased the property two weeks ago and was unaware of the July I, 1999 deadline, Member DeLeo noted
that he has been dealing with some personal issues which may have prevented him from meeting the deadline
as welL Vice-Chairman Marlow moved to grant the waiver and accept the appeal for 1999, Member DeLeo
seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote,
