Chairman William S. Marlow called the meeting to order at 10;00 a.m. in the presence of Vice -Chairman
Richard A. Broders and Member .fames A. DeLeo.

After reviewing all the information submitted by both parties and conducting an inspection of the property, the
Board concurred to change the value of parcel #701 213 005 by valuing 20 front feet at $1,100 with a
reduction of 25% for depth; 80 front feet at $500 with a reduction of 25% for depth; and 165 front feet at $500
with adjustments for depth and excess front footage. Vice -Chairman Broders moved to overrule the Assessor's
valuation of $201,200 ($126,245 for the land and $74,955 for the improvements) and reduce it to $153,499
($78,544 for the land and $74,955 for the improvements). Member DeLeo seconded the motion which carried
by a unanimous vote. The Board also concurred that the value of parcel 9701205 015 should be based on a
front footage rate of $1,100 per front foot with a 5% reduction for depth. Vice -Chairman Broders moved to
overrule the Assessor's valuation of $157,500 and reduce it to $115,500. Member DeLeo seconded the motion
which carried by a unanimous vote. (See also minutes of October 20, 1999 and December 13, 1999)

After reviewing all the information submitted by both parties and conducting an inspection of the property, the
Board concurred to reduce the improvement value by reducing the "percent good" factor to 85%. Vice -
Chairman Broders moved to overrule the Assessor and reduce the value of $212,430 ($36,000 for the land and
$176,430 for the improvements) to $202,630 ($36,000 for the land and $166,630 for the improvements).

The Board reviewed all the information submitted by both parties and conducted an inspection of the property.
It was agreed that the property was not affected by the slides and that the current assessment best reflects fair
market value. Vice -Chairman Broders moved to sustain the Assessor's valuation of $194,770 ($66,000 for the
land and $128,770 for the improvements). Member DeLeo seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous

warrants a 15% reduction in land value. Vice -Chairman Broders moved to overrule the Assessor and reduce
the current assessment from $217,510 ($57,750 for the land and $159,760 for the improvements) to $210,760
($51,000 for the land and $159,760 for the improvements). Member DeLeo seconded the motion which

Board concurred that the current assessment accurately reflects fair market value. Vice -Chairman Broders
moved to sustain the Assessor's valuation of $13,500. In the temporary absence of Member DeLeo, Chairman
Marlow seconded the motion. The motion passed. (See also minutes of November 4, 1999)

Board concurred that a portion of the property is not usable and warrants a land value reduction of 50% for
excess acreage. Vice -Chairman Broders moved to overrule the Assessor and reduce the valuation from
$104,630 ($35,130 for the land and $69,500 for the improvements) to $99,980 ($30,480 for the land and
$69,500 for the improvements). Chairman Marlow seconded the motion in the temporary absence of Member

Due to a land slide on the property the Board concurred to accept the Assessor's recommendation to reduce the
land value by 30%. Vice -Chairman Broders moved to overrule the Assessor and reduce the land value from
$22,950 to $16,065. Member DeLeo seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote. (See also
