Chairman William S. Marlow called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m. in the presence of Vice-Chairman
Richard A. Broders and Member James A. DeLeo.
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES
Member DeLeo moved to approve the minutes of August 5, 1999, September 29,1999, October 20, 1999,
November 4,8, and 15, 1999, December 8, 13, 14, and 21, 1999, and January 19,2000 as presented. Vice-
Chairman Broders seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote.
DETERMINATION CORRECTION
Chairman Marlow explained that there was some confusion with the parcel number and the legal description
of property owned by Russell Trask. During the Board of Equalization meeting held on December 15, 1999,
the Board, in error, reduced the value of parcel number 721 022004 from $7,000 to $0. The Board feels that
the Assessor's initial valuation of $7,000 accurately reflects fair market value of that parcel. Vice-Chairman
Broders moved to correct the determination and reverse the Board's previous decision by changing the value of
parcel number 721 022004 back to $7,000. Member DeLeo seconded the motion which carried by a
unanimous vote.
PETITION WlTHDRA W AL
Member DeLeo moved to accept the withdrawal of a petition submitted by Karen M. Jones, parcel number 901
051024. Vice-Chairman Broders seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote.
With no further business before the Board of Equalization for the 1999 season, Chairman Marlow adjourned
sine die. The minutes of this date (March 21, 2000) will be approved upon completion and review.
