DETERMINA nONS
Richard Malott, Trustee
P.O. Box 250

BOE: 00-53-LO
PN: 001 202 011
After reviewing all the information submitted by both parties and conducting an inspection of the property, the
Board concurred that based on sales of comparable property, the current assessment accurately reflects fair
market value. In addition, the law states that parcels of property cannot legally be "landlocked". The access
issue does not adversely affect the property value since there is a legal process for obtaining an easement.
Vice-Chairman Broders moved to sustain the Assessor's valuation of$54,120. Member DeLeo seconded the
motion which carried by a unanimous vote. (See also minutes of September 19, 2000)
