The meeting began at 10:00 a.m. William Marlow, Richard Broders and James DeLeo were present.
FORMATION OF THE BOARD
SWEARING IN: The Minutes and Proceedings form was signed by all members after being sworn in
by the Clerk of the Board.
ELECTION: Member Broders was elected to serve as Chairman of the Board and Member Marlow was
elected to serve as Vice-Chairman of the Board for 2001.
PROCESS/PROCEDURES
The process and procedures were reviewed by the Board.
HEARING SCHEDULE
Hearings are scheduled for August 13, 14, and 16, 2001 and September 24,2001.
