Broders James A. DeLeo Chairman Vice-Chairman Member The meeting began at 10:00 a.m. William Marlow, Richard Broders and James DeLeo were present. FORMATION OF THE BOARD SWEARING IN: The Minutes and Proceedings form was signed by all members after they were swom in by the Clerk of the Board. ELECTION: Member Marlow was elected to serve as Chairman of the Board and Member Broders was elected to serve as Vice-Chairman of the Board for 2002. PROCESS~ROCEDURES The process and procedures were reviewed by the Board. ASSESSOR'S CERTIFICATE OF ASSESSMENT ROLLS The Board reviewed the Assessor's Certificate of Assessment Rolls to the County Board of Equalization. Vice-Chairman Broders moved to accept the Assessor's Certificate of Assessment Rolls for 2002 in the amount of $2,603,324,680. Member Deleo seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote. ASSESSMENT CORRECTIONS Member DeLeo moved to accept the following assessment correction. Vice-Chairman Broders seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote.
