Chairman William S. Marlow called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. in the presence of Vice-
Chairman Broders and Member James A. DeLeo.
MINUTES
Vice-Chairman Broders moved to approve the minutes of November 15 & 29, 2004, December
6,2004, January 10, 2005 and February 8, 2005. Member DeLeo seconded the motion which
carried by a unanimous vote.
ASSESSMENT CORRECTION
Vice-Chairman Broders moved to accept the following assessment correction. Member DeLeo
seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote.

2004 season, Chairman Marlow adjourned sine die.
