Chairman William S. Marlow called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m. in the presence of Vice-
Chairman Broders. Member James A. DeLeo was absent.
MINUTES
Vice-Chairman Broders moved to approve the minutes of December 20,2006. Chairman
Marlow seconded the motion. The motion carried.
ASSESSMENT CORRECTION
Vice-Chairman Broders moved to accept the following assessment correction. Chairman
Marlow seconded the motion. The motion carried.

BOARD OF EQUALIZATION 2005 SEASON CLOSURE/APPROV AL OF MINUTES
The Board approved the actions taken on this date (May 15, 2006), upon the completion, review,
and signing of the minutes. With no further business before the Board of Equalization for the
2005 season, Chairman Marlow adjourned sine die.
