You are lying to the public. Bayside hasn't returned the old ROI and replaced it with new voluntary ROI.
This is why it's predatory exploitation on the part of county your part. Your job should be to protect consumers from fraud by contactors but you do the opposite. Because you are contractors
and government at the same time there's no self interest on your part to protect consumers from abuse or seek that undelivered services are delivered. This is why shelter housing is
predatory, you take marginalized disenfranchised folks HIPPA covered information you are trafficking it to non- government subcontractors who have no purpose for the information except
retaliation against shelter occupants who they are overtly hostile and abusive to. The homeless population has increased every year since 2005 in Washington. It will continue to increase
so it is data collection without any intention of providing actual services nevermind what any contract you make has written down, no services, no housing equals predatory exploitation
off the misery of the most vulnerable people who cannot protect themselves. It's organized crime, it's racketeering it's consumer fraud a document signed under coercion and duress
hasn't been returned to the 209a Monroe Street shelter occupants it's a class c felony punishable by 5 years in prison and 10 thousand dollars fine. Greg you said they had returned
the illegal ROI. They have not received a new voluntary ROI. Who told you that they had Heather Dudley Nollette? If so she lied. The reason Ronald Regan abandoned institutional
care for disability folks because they would not reform and recognize that they were entitled to equal protection under the law, they did not respect human/ civil rights and neither
