Iooatioa of the proposed road, petitio>IZed yor by H. 0~ Phelps, et al
of G~xdiner, to be known as the Farmer Ros~d, and do recommend that the
,~a®e be a~ot sstablishmd as palled for in the petition, for the
followi»g reasons:
1. Thera aro two railroad orossi>sgs on th• proposed road. .

2. Tho post would be excessive.
3. Better grades pan be obtaiaed in other loQations.
This office believes that there is,a need of a road
to serve the people whose names are on the petition, but would recommend
that the. location be changed so the road would parallel the railroad.
