On behalf of the Jamestown S'Klallam Tribe's Chairman, Ron Allen, and the Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe's Vice-Chairman, Chris Tom, I have attached a letter for your review noting tribal
concerns about the Pleasant Harbor Project. The Treaty Council Tribes are deeply concerned about the issues and look forward to addressing them together before the application and Project
