For clarity I can only guess at a date for the second two bullet focus areas given we in the public do not know for sure when the committee was officially formed and provided materials
and records in advance to their meetings. However, it is clear this should have occurred prior to 12 July when the first meeting known to the public took place.
I don't have a date for Tribal Consultation, but I have to believe it probably is the date the agency opened the process to applications last year. Maybe the appointed county commissioner
can identify that date since I'm confident they were involved in conversation with the agency at that time.

Records of any and all records the county may have regarding the WA Department of Natural Resources Trust Land Transfer Advisory Committee activities participated in by the county and
its appointed officials, on the matter.
At this time and for the matter of timeliness, request at this point in the request the focus is on records that meet the following:
Tribal Consultation
Documentation on the best interest of the trust for each application submitted
Records and recordings provided the county representation on the committee
Please do not enter my private information into any account for the purpose of this request; if required then provide the regulation and/or RCW that requires such prior to such establishment
without my agreement. My private information is protected from unauthorized release and only those that have a legitimate need to know is my claim to exemption.
This email is my best form of communication until such time as further clarity is needed on the records found versus what is needed.
