Do not open attachments or click on links if you are not expecting them. Hello, Mrs. Dean, Mrs. Eisenhour, and Mr. Brotherton; The Office of Military and Veteran Legal Assistance (OMVLA) at the WA Attorney General’s Office connects Washington veterans, service members, and their families facing non-criminal legal issues with free attorneys and legal resources. We are conducting a military, veteran, and family civil legal needs survey to identify met and unmet non-criminal legal needs, and we would appreciate your help getting the word out to Jefferson County residents and local businesses who can help us. We are trying to reach 600 results by the time the survey closes in a few weeks. More data helps us identify trends and where more help is needed. We know that rural counties are often under-served by legal services, and so we are particularly interested in the perspectives of rural residents. We are particularly interested to hear from veterans and their families in Jefferson County, with its significant veteran population. We have reached out to American Legion posts, libraries, senior centers, and dozens of other community and veteran organizations; we welcome any additional ideas you have! Important information: * The survey is available at www.surveymonkey.com/r/WAVets <http://www.surveymonkey.com/r/WAVets> * It is available until August 30th. * It takes about 10 minutes I attached a flyer and a graphic for posting on social media. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you very much. Sincerely, OMVLA Staff Office of Military and Veteran Legal Assistance Office of Washington State Attorney General Bob Ferguson 800 Fifth Ave | Suite 2000 | Seattle | WA | 98104 OMVLA Ph: 206-464-6431 E-mail: OMVLA@atg.wa.gov <mailto:OMVLA@atg.wa.gov> Are you a service member, veteran, or their family?
