5. Planning Commission Public Hearing on amendments to Flood Damage Prevention (Ch. 15.15
JCC)
a. Synopsis
i. As advertised in the Public Notice, at 6:00 PM, public testimony was heard
regarding proposed amendments to Chapter 15.15, Flood Damage Prevention.
b. Public Comment
i. None
c. Options & Decisions
i. The Planning Commission approved the draft Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance
as submitted in the Staff Report.
6. Short Term Rentals—Seven Core Areas
a. Synopsis
i. Presentation was given by DCD Staff, followed by discussion amongst the PC board
members.
b. Public Comment Period - Public comments, in their entirety, can be viewed within the video
